FAQ

How long do they last?

Lash extensions typically last between 4 to 6 weeks, which is the natural growth cycle of eyelashes. However, they will start to shed gradually, and you’ll notice thinning within 2 to 3 weeks.

How do you take care of them?

To care for lash extensions, clean them gently with oil-free products and a lash extension-safe cleanser. Avoid oil-based products as they may weaken the adhesive. Brush your lashes daily with a clean mascara wand, avoid rubbing your eyes, and try to sleep on your back to reduce friction.

Am I able to get them wet?

Yes, you can get lash extensions wet. While you don’t have to wait 24 hours after application, it’s still important to handle them gently to ensure the adhesive bonds properly and to maintain the longevity of the extensions.

After coming into contact with sweat, steam or seawater, you should wash and dry your lash extensions.

When should I book a follow up appointment?

You should book a follow-up appointment, or “fill,” every 2 to 3 weeks to maintain a full lash look and replace any extensions that have shed naturally.

How do I take them off?

Do Not Pull or Rub: This can damage your natural lashes.

Book A Removal: The safest and most effective method is to have them removed by a lash technician, who will use a special remover to dissolve the adhesive.
