Service Description
This service is for new clients with remaining lashes from a previous tech or after your third fill in. Please place the set you will be getting in the notes section when booking. The price only reflects the removal fee. Your chosen set price will be added to complete your total cost.
Cancellation Policy
This a home based business, please no additional guest. Address will be sent 24 hours before appointment time. Payment Options: Cash (preferred) Zelle (no fee, not compatible with Navy Federal) Cash App/Apple Pay (subject to an additional fee) Important Guidelines: - If you have extremely thin or fragile natural lashes, please send a picture prior to your appointment -Arrive with clean lashes and no makeup. -Your deposit secures your spot and will be applied to your service. -If you are more than 30 minutes late and have not contacted me, your appointment will be canceled. -Deposits are non-refundable. 1. Cancellations & No Shows - Appointments cancelled or missed without a 24 hour notice will incur a fee of 50% of the service cost. - The fee must be paid prior to booking a new appointment. 2. Rescheduling & Canceling: -If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify me via phone call or text message as soon as possible. No other form of communication will be accepted as a proper notification. 3. Repeated No-Shows or Late Cancellations -Clients with multiple occurrences may be required to pay in full at the time of booking future appointment or could no longer be accepted as a client.
